"Please Help" Compatibility for Nest Thermostat

Hello I can't quite figure out how to wire from CT87N1001 THE ROUND® WHITE HEAT AND COOL THERMOSTAT - FAHRENHEIT SCALE to Nest Learning Thermostat.  

  

These are the wires that I have. 

Is this compatible with Nest?

I forgot to mention that I have a gas furnace with hot water baseboard heater and Central AC.

Do you have a picture of the original thermostat with the wires still attached to the base plate?

@Deukki88, thanks for posting the photos of your current thermostat. I'm a bit confused with the wiring of your current wiring and the type of HVAC system that you have. Could you also share a photo of the control board of your HVAC?
