After years of using our Nest, I've had Nest shut off our heat with the message above several. Called support, and they tell me I need to add a common wire. I've had the same system for years with no problems, so the ideea that suddenly, now my wiring doesn't work is baffling. Why would wiring cause your auto-scheduler to turn off my heat??!?
