"early on" feature is off, but system still turns on early

I've switched off "early on", but the system still turns on early based on the schedule I've set manually. What am I missing?

I am having the same issue. I also turned off the heat pump balance with no luck. I had to factory reset the thermostat which is the story of my life.... It has a mind of it's own.

I contact nest about that because the early on switch does not work. The problem occur only when the schedule rise the setpoint.  I finaly found a solution by myself, on the web version go to settings and you should have a 'Choose max. duration' setting under the early on setting. Set this setting to 0hrs. If you want the early on again you have to set this timer again. Nest support center was better to transfert the problem on my shoulders than helping me.
