Hi
My wifi chip died in my thermastat screen and google sent me a replacement. But now the old one is just stuck in a constant restart loop. But when i try to connect the new one using replace heatlink option and inputting the code off the bottom of the heatlink it fails to connect.
Any suggestions? please

i had a bit of an issue doing the same. In the end i reset the heatlink until it was pulsing the blue LED. Then when pairing the display i selected "Replacement heatlink" and then it asked for the code on the bottom of the existing heatlink. Then it worked first time.

thanks. It has now worked. I think the old thermastat was still connecting even though was stuck in a constant restart loop. Once i took that far out of range the new one connected 1st time. Ive only had the old one for 2 months hope its just a unlucky issue with a wifi chip going but seems pretty common fault.
Cheers for you help Paulie.
