sq ft size on settings

Under settings Size: size is used to estimate your equipment's efficiency more accurately. It shows 19246 sq ft, my house under roof is 1784 sq ft. Is size on Nest looking for actual house size?

@Vitalia, it appears that you're in the installation process. How's the installation going? In addition to what was mentioned above, your thermostat uses activity sensors to determine when you're home or away so that it knows when to switch to your Eco Temperature to help save energy.
