My 9 month old google nest thermostat quit working and we couldnt use the A/C. I received an email from Google saying to call this number and a new one will be sent out. This all sounds fine. It turns out the new thermostat wouldnt be received for up to a week and a half, and that was with 'advanced shipping'. They were also shipping a refurbished thermostat and not a new one! So this meant no A/C for up to 10 days in July in a hot weather climate!
I ended up ordering a NEW one on Amazon for $100 that will be there the next day. If anyone is thinking about using Google nest thermostat i would advise against it.....

Hi roberre,
Thanks for the reply.
We're sad that we wouldn't be able to send you a replacement the next day. As much as we would love to, we need to process the request and there's a shipping period that we should follow.
I hope that we could still make it up to you in the future and if there's any other question, let us know by replying to this thread.
Regards,
Ryan
