I have set up my App to control 2 homes. Home1 works perfectly. When I set home2 to ‘off’, both for heating and hot water, power is still going to the hot water circuit. That home is fully electric. The radiators stay cold, but if I drain all hot water from the system then by next morning the water is hot again. On my App the hot water schedule has no entries, and the heating energy history shows no usage.

I would appreciate any help. An electrician has checked and OK’d the wiring to the HeatRae device, so it would appear to be a Nest controller problem.

Hi there! Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're facing. Could you please send me a picture with the Hot Water schedule? Do you see a black droplet in a yellow circle on the thermostat that is associated with your second home?
