Having the same problem. No amount of resetting things seems to fix it. It seems like something on the backend is wrong with our accounts as I can log in with a "fresh" gmail account.

They fixed something on the backend and now it's working.

Try checking your Google account settings and ensure your iPhone is on the same network as the thermostat. Sometimes, logging out Best Solar Panels and back into both your Google account and the app can resolve connection issues.
