thermostat not firing boiler

I have a nest thermostat that tells me that it is asking the boiler to heat the house because the actual temperature is lower than the target temperature, but the boiler isn't receiving the signal and is still off...

Thanks for reaching out. I'll do my best to help. What color is the thermostat screen when you turn on the heat? What about the LED on the Heat Link?
