I have been trying to get a replacement nest thermostat for almost 2 years. First fault was that it wouldn’t connect WiFi and so the app was worthless. Somehow got routed to the Is store and they sent me a US wired/powered replacement when I live in London. Was told I would get a UK replacement product for the faulty device and now a year later can still not get a hold of anyone or a replacement product. At wits end. Anyway to actually speak to someone?
