thermostat screen blank

Thermostat says its not getting power, yet the furnace is running (fan blowing) . Has worked fine for years, camera and other google devices are working fine. Have tried to reset by following manual. Do not have a USB cable small enough to try and charge it.

Any ideas??

Thanks for reaching out. I'd love to help. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Do you see any blinking light on your thermostat? Try removing your thermostat display from its base for at least 5 minutes and check if your fan will stop running. Please check as well if all the wires are connected properly to your thermostat.
