I am trying to add a sensor to my Nest but Add Product does not appear in the iOS Nest app. How do I add another sensor to my thermostat. Manage Sensor does not offer an option to add another sensor.

To add another product to the Nest app. Select the gear icon or the settings in the top right-hand corner and scroll down to see "Add product." Please take a look at this article for the setup guide and let us know if you need more help.

As I mentioned in my original post, "Add Product" does not appear in the drop down list when I click on the gear icon in the upper right. How else can I add a sensor to my Nest thermostat. I had three sensors, now only one works. I replaced the batteries and am trying to add the two that were not being seen by the app..

Could you please share with us a screenshot of your Nest app showing the options available on the settings page? Also, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Nest app and signing in with the same email address associated with your Nest devices to ensure that it's up to date.

Mark - I am trying to share screenshots as requested but I get a message saying "You do not have permission to upload images. " The "Drop your media files here" window disappears as soon as I try to drop the screenshots into it.

I would rather not delete the app from my iPad if it deletes my settings and the one sensor left that is still connected to the Nest.

Hi markgqs,
Don't worry! Uninstalling the Nest app won't remove your Nest devices, including your account information. Just make sure to login with the same email address associated with your Nest devices so you will be prompted to the Nest app's homepage.
Could you give it a whirl and tell me how it goes? This will help ensure that your app is up-to-date. Also, try rebooting your phone or tablet to refresh.
