trying to figure out what model of nest i have

I'm enrolling in an energy program and they are asking what model of NEST I have installed and give either 1st Gen, 2nd Gen, 3rd Gen or "E" as an option.  I'm not sure which of these i have if any...I may just have a NEST.

Probably a stupid question, but can I tell using the model number?  It is listed in my iOS Google Home app as  "Thermostat-1.4"
