hello, my nest thermostat keeps
on saying summer rush hour rewards "pending"
i want to unenroll from this.
how do i do that? i called ohm connect.
they are not helping. and no other on demand service is listed for my pge account.
please help!

This is Google Nest's instruction for unenrolling in Rush Hours Rewards; I don't know if that will work in your case:
"If you’re currently enrolled in Rush Hour Rewards and you want to unenroll, you may call us at 1-855-469-6378 for assistance. Once you unenroll, your thermostat will no longer participate in Rush Hour events."
