why is my heating coming on at night ?

I notice others having the same issue but I haven't seen an answer. True Radiant is off, Eco is off. Temp set to 19 degrees. And the heating comes on in the night. Please help.

Are you saying that you set your Nest to 19 overnight, and the Nest turns the heat on even when the house is already over 19?  If you get up and look at the Nest when that happens, what temperature does the Nest tell you it's targeting?

Are you setting the Nest to 19 manually, or with a schedule?

its set with a schedule - which I am still getting used to using. 

I have updated it to reduce the required temperature overnight which I am hoping will resolve the problem.

@Annieshez, I appreciate your efforts in trying to find a fix by adjusting the schedule temperatures. It is possible that this is why the heat comes on at night. If you have the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest Thermostat E, please disable the auto-schedule in its settings. Also, monitor your thermostat's behavior and keep us posted on how it goes.
