Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. I'm sorry for the delay. I'd like to take a closer look at it. Could you please take another photo where we can clearly see the labels of each wire? Also, share the photo of the wires that are connected directly to your HVAC control board.

@Jackiefischer, to better look at your system's compatibility with the Nest Thermostats. Please share with us a clear photo of your current thermostat's wiring, or you can tell us which wires you have on it. Also, the make and model of your system.
