Your online wiring compatibility chart web page says they need to take a closer look and to send you a pic. See attached. Previously purchased a smart thermostat that didn't work with the current wiring because new thermostat didn't give me separate control of the fan. Fan would only come on while the system (heat or cool) was running (actual temp controlled air flowing through system). I had no control over running the fan all the time (24/7) or as needed (typical use). I have a "K" wire that most thermostats don't have. I was told the K wire was used so last HVAC installer didn't need to add an additional 5th wire with new setup. So I only have 4 wires , RC, W (aka O/B), C, and K. So will the Google Nest ($129 unit) work with my setup? Thnx , Tom
