‏i have 3 google wifi long time and when i format and try with bad app google home ! and i try but still have problem o try with many phone ios and android but same problem

Can you see your Google Wifi devices in the Google Home app, and do they show as offline? Or do they not appear at all?

What steps did you use to perform the factory reset? I want to make sure you did it correctly.
