Ever since last update can’t get more than 100 mbps wired/wireless.
I’ve included my screenshots. I have att router in pass through mode and att Wi-Fi currently off.
Prior to recent updates was getting same speed as att router.

An update is coming out this week to fix.

Looks like they said this was AFTER the update.

For me, I am always getting 300 Mbps even though I have gigabit internet. This did not happen with the Nest WiFi (before I upgraded to Pro). And the software update changed absolutely nothing.

Current Software is : Software version: 14150.376.32
This was pushed at the end of September. So if there is a software fix where is that? Very disappointing in google. Been a long time loyal customer and now considering leaving due to not taking care of its long time customers. Netgear here I come.

I, too, am strongly considering the switch to a Netgear Mesh. I have been a Google WiFi customer for years, too, but the technical support recently has been noticeably diminished in quality. If this doesn't get resolved soon, I'll be switching, ESPECIALLY if they refuse to replace or refund my devices.

Here we are 4 weeks later and still no resolve. Google is done when it comes to customer service and updates.
PS: still sitting on version Software version: 14150.376.32

Are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? How many devices are dropping from the network? Also, do you have any paused devices?
Give these steps a try:
Let us know how it goes.
