Hi there! As of late my Amazon Fire stick just will not work with my Google Wifi router. It will connect to the wireless network but it just says "Not Connected to Internet." I've tried with the guest network and this has the same issue.
All other devices in my home have no problem connecting to the router.
This didn't used to be the case. Months back my Fire Stick was working fine, but now it doesn't. Any idea why? Thanks!

Have you tried factory resetting your Amazon Fire Stick?
If your other devices are working as expected, there's likely to be little in terms of troubleshooting we can suggest. I would recommend contacting Amazon support as they are best placed to assist.

I am having the same problem as garrettap. I have 3 FireTV’s and 4 fire sticks and they are all having problems. If go directly thru the non firetv app then it will run Netflix for example. But no connection. Thru firestick or firetv

I'm sorry to hear that you're also having this issue. Have you already tried doing a factory reset on your Fire TVs and Fire Sticks? We'll wait for your update.
