Anyone else having issues with their WiFi Pro loosing speed?

Hi, 

Just wondering if anyone else is loosing download speed after a while on their Wifi Pro?  When I reboot it and test it out it usually is around 450Mbps but after a day I sometimes check it again and it's like 95Mbps.  After I reboot the network it jumps back to 450Mbps.  Anyone else having this issue?  Just wondering before I contact my provider.

I understand your Nest Wi-Fi Pro’s speed slows down over time, and a reboot is required to restore it. I'd be happy to help you figure this out.  Don’t worry, help is here.

Please answer the following questions to help us figure this out: 

  • When did the issue start?
  • How often does this issue occur? Does this happen continuously or intermittently?
  • Is there a switch located on the network?
  • Have you tried to run a speed test while connected directly to the modem?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried before you contacted support?
  • What's your approximate home or apartment's lot area in square feet?
  • Are you experiencing slow speeds across the entire mesh system, or is it only affecting certain child points?
  • Were there any recent changes in your network setup?
  • How many devices actively use the internet at once?
  • Did you change your Internet Service Provider (ISP)?
  • Do you use a modem and router combo?
