Apple and spotify in different rooms

Hi community

I have set-up Nest Mesh for our home and have one wifi point in one of my daughters rooms and the other in the other. The MESH is tested and looks good. ONe has an apple music account and one likes Spotify and has that account. How do I set-up the wifi point so that one can play apple music and one can play spotify at the same time. The app allows me to select either apple or spotify (linked) but stops one or the other playing when the default is changed

Hey, SargeSox.

When you play music, are you using your device to send it to the point, or are you using the Assistant to launch the music? If you're using the Assistant, you can tell it to use which service you like by adding the name into the command. For example, if you want to play a certain song on Apple Music, you would say, "Hey, Google. Play Song X on Apple Music." By stating the service, you would override the default provider choice.

I'm not sure if that's what you were looking for, so let me know if the issue is other than that and we can keep looking into it.

Thanks.

Hi, SargeSox.

Just another quick check in to see if that answered your question or if there was something else you might need here. Let me know if that made sense and if there's anything else I can do for you.

Thanks.
