I just switched from the Google wifi mesh to a different mesh product. However, I have one network device that doesn't have wi-fi so it is plugged directly into one of the Google pucks. So this puck was acting as a wireless bridge for the device which is plugged into it.
Now that I'm using a different mesh network the device that is plugged into the puck is no longer connected to my network. Is there a way to use this one puck as a wireless bridge on my new mesh network? The SSID of the new mesh is the same as it was with the Google wifi mesh.

Hello @uscpsycho
No, unfortunately the existing Google WiFi unit will not connect to your new network – it was connecting to a hidden mesh network before and only acting as an access point for the visible SSID. It's not a WiFi extender. You may be able to use a "travel router" to act as a WiFi client for your new network, though. They can be a little difficult to set up since there are so many ways to use them, but this should be a supported case, since they have an Ethernet port and WiFi adapter that can act as either an access point or a client.
