I currently have a cable modem that my Google WiFi is connected to but getting rid of this and going with Zipy fiber and will have a ONT device that has a RJ45 cable coming out of it. Can I safely connect my Google WiFi directly to the ONT or will this expose my home network to the internet. Do I need a firewall between them, or is the Google WiFi firewall good enough to keep secure?

Hi, everyone.
Just one quick final check in here. We'll be locking the thread in the next 24 hours, but if you still need help, I would be happy to keep it open. If there's more we can do, just let me know.
Thanks.
