With the migration to Google Home App from the Google Wifi App, port forwarding does not work, when opening settings I am stuck in a "loading" screen. When talking to a Google agent she said my firmware is out of date on my Google Wifi device she said these updates are automatic, but how can a company like Google not push a firmware update to my device? They can tell me my firmware version, what I have connected to my network, but they can't push the update that they say will fix the issue? Nor was I even given a day/time when this update might happen.

Hi, all.
Just one quick final check in here since activity has slowed down. We'll be locking the thread in the next 24 hours, but if you still need help, I would be happy to keep it open. If there's more we can do, just let me know.
Thanks.
