Can’t link my Roborock to WiFi

Hi - I’m looking for help on connecting my Roborock vac to my iPhone App. I need to be on 2.4 not 5G but don’t know how to manage that. Any simple advice appreciated!

Which Roborock are you using?

I am currenly using a Roborock at home without any issues.

Please know that the Nest Wifi uses both 2.4GHz and 5GHz at the same time.
So 2.4GHz has the same SSID name as the 5GHz and should work just fine with your Roborock. 😊

Hi @AbigailF @and @RXShorty - I managed to set my Telstra wifi to 2.4 and keep Nest as is and the Roborock has worked an absolute treat. Very happy! Thank you both for your help.

Hi @RXShorty I’ve got the top of the range one and I can’t get it to connect to either Nest or standard wifi and my phone is defaulted to 5G. I was led to believe that it will only work on 2.4 rather than 5 so I’m unsure what to do.
