Hi - I’m looking for help on connecting my Roborock vac to my iPhone
App. I need to be on 2.4 not 5G but don’t know how to manage that. Any
simple advice appreciated!
Hi @AbigailF @and @RXShorty - I managed to set my Telstra wifi to 2.4
and keep Nest as is and the Roborock has worked an absolute treat. Very
happy! Thank you both for your help.
Hi @RXShorty I’ve got the top of the range one and I can’t get it to
connect to either Nest or standard wifi and my phone is defaulted to 5G.
I was led to believe that it will only work on 2.4 rather than 5 so I’m
unsure what to do.
