Hi. Can anyone helped me? I bought a new set of Google Nest to replace my old Google wifi. Here's what I did:
1, rest the old and totally remove from HOME
2, add next Nest wifi router - successfully set up
3, tried to set up other Nest points, manged to.
4, tried to mesh the points to the router but it keeps showing "something went wrong. Ensure connected to Internet and try again." I had reset everything and tried again, tried putting all points together also not able to connect. Reset all Nest points and connect again, it can only connect to the Internet but not meshed (linking) up.
Please help! Thank you. 🙏🏻😊

Take it one step at a time , setup the primary, ensure it's online and working, close out of setup (don't try to add new points there) , reopen Google home , try to add a point (ensuring it was properly factory reset first) . Complete setup of that point , close out.. and start fresh. It should not need to be this way, but I have found it works when normal setup does not.

Hi! Apologies for the late reply as I've only had time to retry again.
So the devices are still in my google home. I tried meshing it again, it doesn't work.
I reset the device, remove it from my google home and connect the WiFi point from scratch. Tried meshing, doesn't work. Tried closing the app, reopen and meshing it again, still, it doesn't work.
Any other ideas? Not sure why is this happening though.
