Cannot delete DHCP IP address reservation

SkeegoMania

I cannot remove any device from my DHCP IP address reservation list. When I select the reservation and press the trashcan icon, the wheel appears and spins. After waiting several minutes without returning to the previous page, the only way I can regain control of the table is to close the app via the Google running app interface.

I am using a Samsung Galazy A7 Lite that is running all the recent software versions (this tablet is new and actively supported with software releases). Android 13 and all subsystems are up to date. Google Home (the app to control the Google Wifi system - 2nd Gen) is also up to date.

Does anyone know the workaround for this problem?

Hello SkeegoMania,

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear about your issue. Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling your Google Home app? Also, try using an iOS device and check if the issue persists. We'll wait for your update.

Regards,
Abi

Hey SkeegoMania,

Abi,

Thanks for checking in and sorry for the slow reply. I have been focused on restoring my network. A day or 2 after my original post, my router (a 2nd-gen Google/Nest "puck") died. I reconfigured one of the satellites in my network (a 1st-gen "puck") and was immediately able to add/remove DHCP IP address reservations. So, I suspect the problem I was having was due to the router failing.
