Cannot setup google wifi

When trying to setup the Google WiFi during the creating Wi-Fi page it stops and an error message that reads ‘Request failed. Please try again later’ appears, I tried setting up another Google WiFi device and using another phone to set it up but got the same results. 

I also tried a factory reset of one of the devices but can't get past that step. 

The device is having a slow pulsing blue light which should indicate that its ready for set up.

How can I set it up?

Hi, ZiadMustafa.

Sorry for the issues you're having during setup. I know it can be frustrating not to have your devices work out for you. Let's take a look at this and get you working properly. When you are setting up the WiFi network, can you tell me how you have things wired? The wiring path should be from your wall to the modem and then directly from the modem to the Google WiFi router via the Ethernet cable connection. While there are some setups that can vary from this, I want to make sure this is what we're dealing with as we look at this. Let me know if this is how your wiring looks and then we'll start digging into things from there. I look forward to helping you get this resolved.

Are you still having setup issues on this? It looks as if you're doing everything right to prep and go through the setup process, and now that you have tried more than one device we can rule out the setup device. In addition to doing the factory reset, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Home app?

No I havent tried that, I will try to uninstall the app
