Hi Osama211,

Thanks for reaching out to our community.

I understand that you're having trouble connecting your 3 Google WiFi devices in the Google Home app after a factory reset. I appreciate you letting us know the troubleshooting efforts you have tried to reconnect your Google WiFi devices and referring to your case number; this information is very helpful to provide you with better assistance. No worries, help is here.

Before I start further troubleshooting, let me ask you a few questions:

  • Do the Google WiFi devices broadcast the setup Service Set Identifier (SSID) or network name located at the bottom of the device?
  • Did you try to set up the points wirelessly or through a wired connection?
  • What's the color of the lights on the Google WiFi devices?
  • Where is your router located?
  • How far from the router are your Google WiFi devices when you try to connect them?
  • Do you have any switches in your network setup?

Please keep me posted.

Best regards,

Virna

Why is there no attention to this problem, just ignoring it?! Why is there no technical team capable of responding or solving the problem? Where is the technical support? Or are they asleep?!
