I have changed Internet providers, and unable to get my cameras synced.

Hi, Ardellstine.

Sorry to hear about the sync issues you're having with your cameras. I imagine that's quite frustrating. Let's look at the situation and get things sorted out for you. I do have a handful of questions to help us figure things out.

  • Are you able to get the cameras connected to your WiFi network successfully?
  • Do the cameras show up in the Home app at all?
  • Do you have any other devices failing to connect to your network or communicate with your Home app?
  • Are you using Google or Nest WiFi?
  • If you are receiving any error messages, could you share them here?
