Connect google nest wifi to new network

I have a new internet provider and am trying to connect my google wifi to the router. I did a factory reset. I keep getting this message - nest wifi router found. Would you like to set up setup 1501.qbd. I say yes but it goes right back to this message. I don’t know what setup 1501.qbd is.

That is the setup Wifi network name being broadcast by your Nest Wifi router because you've reset it.
