Hi Yuda,  what else is plugged into your modem?  Your modem should be plugged into the Nest router, with any other products plugged into your nest router, not your modem.  If you need more ports, you can plug in an ethernet switch to your nest router, and plug the other devices into the switch.

I have the google mesh 4 pack. I don’t need to use the router I have anymore?

you dont need to use a router, no, but you DO need to use your internet service providers modem.  You would connect that modem to the primary Google wifi puck.  Nothing else should be plugged into your modem except the power cord.

Ok I’ll  give it a shot and see how it goes. Thanks for all your help!

I also have an extender for my tenants cell phone going into the router that I have now

Yes so that extender should go into one of the google wifi pucks, not into the modem (for clarity, the device your internet provider gave you is called a modem, as it wont act as a router any longer, that is what your google system is doing now)
