Constant disconnecting

I have had nothing but problems with connectivity since I purchased the google nest wifi 3 pack. I have dealt with cs 4 separate times who are very nice but nothing ever works. I even bought a new modem and factory reset several times and it’s still doing it constantly.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having connectivity issues with your Google WiFI. I'd love to know more about this. Could you tell us more about what's happening and the troubleshooting steps that you've done?

 

Also, you could try the steps on this link to isolate the issue further.
