DHCP IP reservations are hidden?

Using Android HOME app.  Trying to set a static IP is impossible.  click settings, Advanced settings, DHCP IP reservations and it loads Privacy settings with the toggles to turn Nest Wifi spying services on or off.  DHCP IP reservationsbrings up this page. don't see no reservations here do you?

Well I found that when I opt in to being spied on by switching on the cloud service and usage stats i was able to get to them.  Not cool.
