Do i need to re set up Google wifi when i get a new mobile phone

No, your Google WiFi system should work fine with new phones. The new phone will need the shared WiFi password to connect to the existing Google WiFi system.

Management is controlled using your Google account, so as long as you install the Google Home app on your new phone and log in to the same Google account you used to set up Google WiFi, you should see the home and devices you can see from your old phone.
