My current modem with built in router that I have from Comcast isn't providing a good signal with my work laptop. I've worked with my work DSP and Comcast, and can't seem to get it resolved. One issue is that my modem/router is on the other side of the house than my desk is that I use for work. My question is, would I be able to use the Google Mesh since my modem already has the router built into it?

Hi, KLuserbrink1029.
You can definitely use the Google WiFi mesh network with your Comcast service. You would actually disable the wireless functions on your ISP's router and only use its modem function while allowing the mesh network to handle all of your wireless network connections. Hopefully that helps you sort things out. If you have more questions, please let me know.
Thanks.
