- Are you getting any error messages?
- How far is the Doorbell from the router?
- Do you have other Nest devices in the house?
- Are there other devices connected to the same Wi-Fi where the Nest Doorbell is connected?
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps so far?
- What Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?
- Have you made any recent network changes, such as getting a new router or moving to a new location?
