Download speeds show 800mbps on Google Home app, however computer reads less than 1 mbps

My set up consists of a Cox modem, Google Nest Router, and 3 Google Wifi Points. On the app, it says my download speed is 800 mbps, but my computer, which is wired to one of the Google Wifi Points, reads less than 1 mbps download. It fluctuates greatly, sometimes reading 200+ then back down to 3. Any help?

Please refer to this post:

Short answer, disable cloud services and reboot the system.  See if that helps.  But this is a long running problem and Google has done nothing that can be seen.

Why close the thread when the root cause it's not resolved? This is only a workaround, and only works for some. If it helps or not, the overall issue still exists.

Hi, 3rd_base.

The reason we end up locking some threads that are unresolved is that they often run out of momentum and for the sake of forum health, we want to give priority to newer threads. If a community member still needs help, they're always free to make a new thread, but older threads that aren't seeing activity will generally be locked. We won't lock threads that are seeing ongoing activity. As this one has not seen a return by the original poster, we will go ahead and close it, but they are free to open up a new thread if they still have issues and are ready to re-engage in troubleshooting efforts.

Thanks!
