Error Setting up Guest network

I receive an error trying to setup a guest network but it doesn't provide any assistance

  • What specific error message or code are you getting? (Please attach a screenshot if possible).
  • At what point during the setup process does the failure occur?
  • What is the current status light on your Google Nest Wifi device?
  • Could you confirm which model of Google Nest Wifi device you have? Refer to this article: Tech specs for Nest Wifi Pro, Nest Wifi, and Google Wifi.
  • Are you the primary account owner?
