GOOGLE NEST 2.4ghz vs. 5.8ghz

Thanks for getting back to me. I did forward all the steps to the company where I purchased the Security Camera Bulbs from. Still NO rotation, no connection to my wi-fi nor does the device speak after screwing in a socket like all the ones on google, amazon, you tube do. Guess I've been sold bad bulbs. I guess they will eventually respond to my email. I sent them all the responses that came while installing the software called JLXCAM. The failure comes on step 5 when it doesn't respond and bring up "NEXT'  Then I get "Your attempt to connect has failed, reconnect the bulb to your android again"  I have ordered from a stateside company, where I should receive the product next week. These bulbs will only connect to 2.4ghz.   As you can see, 2.4ghz shows up on their software, but that network is OFFLINE!!  It always fails to connect.

Thank you, However, yesterday, I received 3 New security camera bulbs from dot.com and they work great. The other company sent defective equipment and I will be getting a refund from Paypal. Do not order Security Camera bulbs from China, (BUYPURECARE). They send faulty equipment to you. They won't even rotate.  Thanks for all your help MEL. My Google Nest is working fine now. Thanks for all your help.
