Why when I do the mesh connection test only 3 of the 4 points show?

For the one that's missing, do you see that in your Home app under Wi-Fi? Does it show 4 points and all online?

Yes, it shows 4 online. but only 3 are showing in the mesh connection test. Is there a app for the computer instead of the android?

Have you tried removing the power from that point, waiting 30 seconds, then powering it on again before conducting a new test? Are you using the latest version of the app?

As for managing on a computer, no I'm afraid, its designed for and exclusively managed by the Google Home app on a phone or tablet.
