Google Home App, Invite an admin not working

So, we are trying to invite a second admin for our Google NEST wifi. There have been errors and now the process does not even seen to have an option to invite. This is the Google Home app running on an Iphone. Is it really that difficult to invite a second admin. If we delete and reinstall the app on the Iphone will we lose all the Network info? What are troubleshooting steps should I try?
