Hello,
I am trying to load the Google Home app on my phone to manage my Google WiFi. No matter what I do, the app will not load properly. On the main screen, it always says, "Oops, we're having trouble loading this screen. Please ensure you are connected to the Internet and we'll try again." If I click on the second screen, it says "Unable to load. There could be a connection issue."
I have tried while connected to our Google WiFi network, while connected to other WiFi networks, and while using my phone's cell data. All do the same thing. I definitely do have Internet connectivity working on my phone. I am stumped.
Any assistance would be most appreciated.
