Dear Google support

I have disabled bridge mode on my internet access router but to no avail.

The Google Wifi network still appears unavailable in the iOS application. I am unable to disable IPv6 or any other option.

Please help.

Hello Rokesby,

Thanks for the update. I'm sorry to hear that the issue still persists. Make sure that your Google Home app cache is cleared. Also, change your DNS server. Here's how:

Open the Google Home app.

Tap the Wi-Fi > Settings > Advanced networking.

Tap DNS.

Select Custom and enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

Tap Save.

Tell us if you're able to do this step. If you are able to do it, do a restart on your Google Home app. We'll wait for your update.

Regards,
Abi
