Dear Google support
I have disabled bridge mode on my internet access router but to no avail.
The Google Wifi network still appears unavailable in the iOS application. I am unable to disable IPv6 or any other option.
Thanks for the update. I'm sorry to hear that the issue still persists. Make sure that your Google Home app cache is cleared. Also, change your DNS server. Here's how:
Open the Google Home app.
Tap the Wi-Fi > Settings > Advanced networking.
Select Custom and enter 188.8.131.52 and 184.108.40.206.
Tell us if you're able to do this step. If you are able to do it, do a restart on your Google Home app. We'll wait for your update.
@Rokesby just one quick final check in here since activity has slowed down. We'll be locking the thread in the next 24 hours, but if you still need help, I would be happy to keep it open. If there's more we can do, just let me know.
I appreciate the help, Abi.
