Changing the 5 ghz setting from 5745 down to 5180

Hello, My ISP found that my speed drops dramatically when I log into my wifi. I have a fixed wireless system and the 5 ghz is operating at 5745 which causes my receiving dish have issues. I’ve look throughout the google wifi but can’t find the area to adjust the output.

Any help will be appreciated

Hello @Foggy420

Unfortunately, even when multiple systems are all following the regulatory rules for this spectrum, interference can still occur. Even more unfortunately, this channel is not configurable for Google/Nest WiFi (there are surprisingly few options in this spectrum). The last time I helped someone with this issue, they were able to get their fixed wireless ISP to change them to another channel, but if your ISP can't (or won't) do that, then I'm afraid the only suggestion I have is to switch to another WiFi product (but keep the receipt and packaging for anything you try in case it has a similar issue).
