I have tried my best to reset google wifi mesh device model 1304 but not connecting please help me.

Can you provide more details please so I can better assist?:

  • Are you referring to the original Google Wifi puck or the newest Nest Wifi Pro (model named and device selected don't match)?
  • Why are you needing to perform a reset?
  • What reset method(s) have you tried?
  • Are you getting any error messages (phone) and/or lights (device)?
  • Did anything change recently with your settings and/or network?
