Hi, I currently have the Nest WiFi Router and 2 points. I want to add two more points, can I do that? If so, can I buy another three pack and only use the points? Thank you

I got a reply from our Community Specialist:
The Nest WiFi is only compatible with other Nest Wifi and Google Wifi devices. If this user were to get a Nest WiFi Pro, it wouldn't be able to work on the same mesh network.
However, if the user is able to get another Nest WiFi three-pack, it should work without any issues. They can even use the extra router as a point as well.

Hi @Msbjkrsl
Yes, you can add 2 more points to your set up. I would also recommend buying the same Pro's that you have now for the additional points.
Here's a good Help Center article on this: Set up Google Wifi - Google Nest Help
Hope this helps-

Thanks JillG - I currently have the Nest WiFi Router and 2 Points - WiFi Extender with Smart Speaker - that I purchased on Amazon a year ago. In my search on Google, I see they only have the Next Pro. Is that going to be an issue? If so, can I repurchase what I originally got and only use the two points? It’s actually cheaper that way.
Thanks, Mitch
