My router was working fine but after an outage it doesn’t want to reconnect. I’ve tried resetting it and after it’s done it never flashes white. It also doesn’t show up on the home app anymore.

What does the LED indicate?
I'd try to factory reset the Nest Wifi puck and the whole Google Home home network, then set it up from scratch.

I'm having a similar issue. Had power turn off and normally comes right back up. Thought it was my spectrum modem (no router) so replaced that. Didn't work. Now I have tried a new out of the box nest wifi router and same issue. It won't connect to internet. I get wired connection to work on laptop and xbox

So i thought the same and got a new modem as well and it still didn’t work. I talked with customer service and they said it was broken😔

I too had a bad router and the IP needed to be cleared from the spectrum modem and had to forget the network on my ios device to try again on the connecting part. I called Google and they were helpful and stayed on the line until I got everything and I mean everything working again.

The person who was helping me just kept telling me to factory reset the google router even though i had already done that. I removed the network from the google router but it still didn’t connect so maybe mine is really broken or something.
